Codes look like PREFIX-CAT-COL-SIZE-NNN, e.g. ANJ-KRT-TEA-M-041. The number only ever increases.
Confirm the current threshold and rates with your CA.
Bill delivery
Placeholders: {name} {store} {no} {date} {total} {items} {foot} {phone}. The bill itself is sent as a PDF of the same invoice you print.
Data
Data lives in scanbill.db on the server, with a dated copy in backups/ every day. Export gives you a portable JSON copy.
